Referral Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Swift Property Group Management LTD (trading as Swift Property Group Management LTD), registered in England & Wales at 3 Duxford Court, Doncaster, DN4 6PX, company number 15719650 (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Eligibility (Referrers)

  • Open to individuals aged 18+ and UK residents.

  • Employees, contractors, and agents of Swift Property Group Management LTD (and their immediate families/households) are excluded unless we give written permission.

  • Referrers must submit referrals via our official Referral Form and confirm they have the landlord’s permission to share their details.

3. Eligible Referral (Referred Landlord)

A referral is eligible only if all of the following are true:

  1. The referred person is a landlord (or becoming one) and is new to us (not already in our database, sales pipeline, or previously referred by someone else).

  2. They sign our serviced accommodation management contract with Swift Property Group Management LTD.

  3. The contract is not cancelled before payment is due.

  4. All referral details submitted are accurate and complete.

If more than one person refers the same landlord, the first valid referral we receive (timestamped by our system) will be the one that qualifies.

4. Reward

  • The reward is £250 per eligible referral (the “Reward”).

  • The Reward is paid 1 month after the referred landlord signs our management contract.

  • Payment is made by bank transfer to the referrer’s UK account. We may request reasonable information to process payment (e.g., name, bank details).

  • Referrers are responsible for any tax due on the Reward.

  • Multiple referrals are allowed; Rewards are paid per eligible referral.

5. Exclusions and Fair Use

We may decline or withhold the Reward if:

  • The referral was submitted without the landlord’s permission.

  • The referred landlord is an existing lead/client, under negotiation, or was previously referred.

  • We reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

  • Required information is not provided within a reasonable time.

6. Programme Changes

We may suspend, amend, or end the programme (and/or these Terms) at any time. Changes will not affect Rewards already earned under the then-current Terms.

7. Data Protection

  • By submitting a referral, you confirm you have the landlord’s permission to share their personal data with us.

  • We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws (including UK GDPR), typically under legitimate interests. See our Privacy Policy for details: https://www.swiftpropertygroup.co.uk/privacy-policy.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: (a) entries not received due to technical faults; (b) indirect or consequential loss; or (c) any loss arising from inaccurate information supplied by the referrer. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death/personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Decisions

Our decisions regarding eligibility, qualification, and payment are final and binding.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Summary

£250 is paid to the referrer 1 month after the referred landlord signs a serviced accommodation management contract with Swift Property Group Management LTD. Referrals must be new to us, submitted via our Referral Form with the landlord’s permission, and meet the eligibility criteria in the full Terms. £250 per successful referral; multiple referrals allowed.
